Dr Katib has multiple clinics across Sydney, and we can arrange your appointment at a location most convenient for you. Here’s what you need to know when booking your first appointment:

• A referral letter from your GP or another healthcare provider is required to ensure you receive your Medicare rebate after your appointment, if eligible.
• Please inform our friendly staff about any imaging you have had in the last 6 months, including any CT scans, MRIs or ultrasounds.
• Be sure to bring your Medicare, DVA, or Private Health cards to your first appointment to complete the New Patient Information intake form on the day. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for this. 
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our clinic at least 2 days in advance so we can offer your slot to other patients on the waitlist.
